Gear - Chief handed out jackets and t-shirts. A set was missing for John Fedel and there was a misspelling on another, for Tyler.

Log Hill Fire - The department held a short debrief regarding the recent mutual aid to Log Hill during a fire. In general, the aid went well with six fire fighters taking the Ladder Truck up to help. Ridgway and Log Hill both sent their thanks.

Donations - We received three donations since our last meeting: $250 from San Miguel, $100 from Mary Wister, and $100 from Gale Jossi.

Invoices - An invoice was received from Bruin Waste Management for work at the July 3rd event. A motion was made to pay the invoice. That motion was seconded and approved unanimously.

Winter Fire Academy - The department discussed this year's Winter Academy in St. George, Utah from January 19 through January 21, 2023. The department organized travel and housing for this year's attendees: Sam Tyler, Max Austin, Kyle Easly, Tom Fedel, Dack Klein, Ted Pullig, Adam Kunz, Chris Miller, and Tom Tyler.

_NYE Fireworks Show _ - Chief ran through this year's duties and requirements for the New Year's fireworks show. Times were established for prepping the trailer, tube work, tying, setup and the show itself. Chief will coordinate with the Admin officer to remind and alert members of said tasks. A new trailer, budgeted to be about $7500, is needed in 2023.

Fire House Updates - The sidewalk in front of the bays has been replaced. Upcoming work includes new doors (ordered). OVFD also received a new Squad 11 vehicle; a 2019 Ford 550.

Training - First Aid classes will be available soon. Chief will relay more details as they are available.

Dutch Lunch - It's December, so ... Dutch Lunch! This quarter's event is at The Mineshaft.
