Debriefing - Post-call debriefs are required for any call that involves live fire or injuries. These debriefs will take place at the firehouse immediately following a call. other agency debriefs to be attended as needed/as available.

Survival Games - 9/20, 10a-4p; meant to engage community. Members encouraged to attend in duty shirts to help/show face in the community.

Picnic - Saturday, 9/13 from 12p-6p. Derrick to pick up groceries; order will be placed.

Firework Trailers - Work days TBD to repair trailers; secondary connex is on the way for storage. Rack heights to be adjusted down on select racks by Ted P. Tentative days: 9/17 - 6:00pm Ridgway training center.

Rescue 11-11 - Heading into Diamond G for repairs on exhaust and siren. Chris M. will bring it down week of 9/8 to have it looked at.

Gloves/Hood/Boots/Gear - 9yr expiration date. Put info up on whiteboard.

Bylaw Enforcement - Due to breach of bylaws (Lack of attendance to calls and meetings, Failure to follow procedure and chain of command when requesting a leave of absence) Max Austin will be removed from the department. Review ongoing for other members.

Issues with Pagers - Extended antennas are available for pager charging bases; contact Chief to get an antenna.

Red #3 Repeater - Bumper working on getting repeater up and running.

Landing Zones for Life Flight - Need to evaluate landing zones; potential to use highway for LZ's as necessary.

Budget Requests - Equipment requests for over $1000 need to be turned into Adam ASAP.

Highgraders - Motion made/seconded/unanimously approved to donate $1500.

Old Business Review: Survival Games - Low turnout event (fire and public) Red Mtn. Repeater - Repeater is operational; radio programming required before fully available.

New Business Tent Takedown - Friday @5:00pm to take down tent at the park. Fireworks - Issues with trash and wire leads after July 4th show; pit has been burned, need to run new leads to tubes. Future clean ups need to be completed sooner after shots. No trespassing signs are in place. Needs: trailer repairs, tube shortening, training on shot system, new jacks, tool boxes for tongues, hitch for long trailer, brake lights. Wednesday November 5th: 5p-9p meet at Ridgway training grounds. Full Time Chief Position - Requested in this years budget; similar to current position with additional responsibilities. Chief/officer/member positions still to be voted on and approved by council. Budget Updates - Ladder truck updates scoping/quotes in progress. 2nd quote well under existing budget. New 6x6 side by side requested as well for wildland response. Additional wildland and extrication tools also added to budget.
New Air Compressor - New compressor is installed and functional to service trucks. Pension Board - October meeting TBD; multiple corrections needed.
