Old Business things from before

Chiefs Report: - Ladder truck delivered to shop in Phoenix for rebuild - Working with City Council and fire mitigation committee to scope workload and potential volunteer opportunities - May 15th; full scale evacuation exercise for Ouray County. Full schedule TBD.

New Business - Homecoming Bonfire; Thursday 2/12; Engine at the school @7:30 (Christian Driving; Dack Officer), Be at Rotary to prep fire @7:00pm. Will count as training hours. - Victims Rights advocate response training; 6:00pm in community center. Zoom link available. - Bands for July 3rd: Still looking; need recommendations - March Meeting: Elections and Dutch Lunch. - Bylaws: Under revision with City. New version will be presented to department when they're available.

Shirts: Still waiting on t-shirts; payment issue resolved.

Dutch Lunch - Motion Made, Seconded and Approved.

New Business things coming

Chief's Report: - Wildfire Mitigation: Currently in planning phase; working with landowners and HOA's to get mitigation work done on their property as well. Pamphlets and info sheets for residents in progress. Wildland fire awareness events also in the works. - Ladder Truck: In progress; photo shared. - Bylaws: Revisions in progress. Rough draft to be completed week of 3/11. Rough draft to be distributed and reviewed prior to April meeting.

Member Roundtable - Fireworks: Pursuing volunteer group to handle fireworks moving forward. This will be required moving forward to continue doing fireworks. Training and stipend will be supplied for this group. Interested parties: Dack Klein, Justin Clark, Chris Miller, Roman Reinke, Nathan Judd, Tom Tyler, Tyler Ferguson, Sam Tyler.

Extrication at Altitude - Chief request: will OVFD use funds to support Extrication training weekend as we did last year? Motion made to split total cost with Ridgway up $15,000 from Ouray. Motion made/Seconded/Approved
