things from before
- Treasurer's report - $750 check to voyager - $11,987.81 swag for MAMs and 3rd of July - motion made and approved
- Website will be done this week - need pictures and bios for members
- Need a bill for social media management for the last year - Justin to provide
- Thursday 6/25 MAMs - members need to show up at 5pm - Spouses can help - IDs/merch/serve
- 3rd of July - ice, trash, liquor license all done. Stage is ready. Tent is paid for. Music is paid and ready. Tom/Jesus will sort out mixers. Chief to talk to Joe Brown to get T-posts for the fence. Fence set up at 10am. Trailers set up at 6am. Set up the bar @ 4:30pm.
- 4th of July - need $2,000 for kids games, Christian has denominations. Sawdust ready. Doing the egg toss. Tom to source from Ducketts. Parade - new order for parade. Water fights - need timer and starter.
- Ladder won't be here by the 4th. Working on the transmission. Everything is back on the truck except tires and transmission.

- Interviews with new members. Hayley Trujillo, Ben Schlappe, and Nick Purvis. Tom and Josh - Nick. Ted and Sam - Ben. Tuna and Justin - Hayley. Motion made, seconded, and approved to bring on all three new members
- MOU proposal with Ridgway and OCEMS - Some clarifications required. But expectation is members cover one 12 or 24 shift per month minimum.
- Prints of Ted's painting. 20 of small print. 10 of larger ones. Motion made, seconded, and approved for up to $1,000 to secure prints.
